Description
Artwork Size: 22×28, Medium: Oil on Linen Panel, Location Depicted in Artwork: Rogers, AR, Artist Statement: With nearly 500 miles of shoreline in Northwest Arkansas, Beaver Lake is a beautiful man-made reservoir formed by the White River. With its massive limestone bluffs and beautiful scenery, Beaver Lake has a unique quality that is attractive to tourists, locals and artists like myself. All depictions of this particular cove, including this one, come from one spot. My first being painted some years back when my aunt & uncle, who live on Beaver Lake took me out to their favorite/secret cove. The water was low, and my vantage point was actually from the deck of their boat.
